Model railway layout oo gauge dcc 14x7ft (4 sections) delivered. Welcome, we are Bespoketrax, a new start up company (2020) building model railways and wooden slot car (scalextric) tracks to your design. The layout shown in the first 10 photos(and please request more) is one of our latest creations. A client contacted us with a hornby track plan for reference, (though we modified this and used Peco streamline flexible track to create a better flowing and looking layout) with a request for a tunnel, church, cricket pitch and farm. The rest was left for us to create the scene.
This is a 4 section layout built from 4x2 PSE timber and half inch ply. Its very solid and stable and measures 14ft x 7ft.
It will be delivered by ourselves. No legs were required with this client. The layout is DCC wired with point motors, frog juicers and lighting throughout , and a Heljan turntable. Various signals at additional cost.
The only other request was for a split era. 50/60's steam one side and 60/70's diesel the other.
This took 3 months to build. It was fantastic to actually meet you Sunday when you delivered my new layout. After a couple of discussions I sent a plan from a standard track design and a few scribbled comments then you carefully took me through getting more detail, like what era and we settled on a half and half layout one from the early 60s and the other half late seventies / early 80s. Throughout the build you kept me regularly updated with photos and progress and checking things as I wanted them, then the care you took making sure the layout was fitted in its new home.
Every time I look and use the layout I see the magnificent detail you have put into the finished product, each part telling its own story. Thanks you so much for your hard work and dedication to the works.
