A great starting point for anyone wanting to run a model railway layout with limited space. The Model railway is in 2 sections measuring 5 1/2 foot by 17.5 inches wide. The Layout can be built to your requirements either with basic or full scenery.
The second board, also called the fiddle yard, has a single length of track pinned down so the tracks on both boards are in perfect alignment. You can then place your own storage sidings to suit your needs. The length of the fiddle board can be adjusted to suit your available space. Mixture of grasses and folliage. Holes have been cut ready for point motors.
Lighting can be added - internal and platform. (You will need to provide the buildings to match the correct footprint). 8 detachable legs, can be added if required. Balance at commencement of layout. The layout comes without trains, rolling stock, buildings or accessories- vehicles, people-sorry. A basic layout with painted back board, platforms and embankments and basic grasses similar to the last photograph showing Arnold Halt. This basic layout enables you to personalise by adding your own scenery and buildings. If you wish to choose this option, message me and I will organise a discount.
